Today is our actual anniversary. Similar to last night, I wanted to celebrate by going somewhere unique for lunch. I chose
The Westside Local, which is a place I'd been wanting us to go, and this gave us the perfect opportunity. Following my trend, it too was a farm-to-table restaurant. The food was great, and we again were able to sit outdoors. They have large picnic tables outdoors which can be shared by multiple patrons when they are busy, but there were not many people there, so we had the table to ourselves. This year's anniversary obviously wasn't as grand as last year's Hilton Head / Savannah vacation, but it was still a really nice weekend, and we were really thankful that Mom and Ron could watch the kids overnight to give us some time for just ourselves.
