Today was probably not the most relaxing Mother's Day of my life because it was our first day back from vacation so, though Jason did a lot of unpacking last night, I still did six loads of laundry and cleaned my car. Those things could have waited, but I can't really live like that. The important thing is I got to spend most of the day with my kids. We did cards and got Olive Garden take-out so it was still a nice and pleasant day and I feel very lucky to have my three little guys, and also my three furry ones. I have never been the person who considers my pets my kids, but I do consider them part of my family and I was glad to get to spend the day with our whole family for the first time in two weeks.
